Rye Girls Varsity Field Hockey stalked the Panthers of Edgemont. The Garnets took the win, trapping the felines in the away game 10 – 0.
Rye goals were scored by: Lilly whaling (2), Beau Whaling (2), Issy Mann(2), Sienna Myers, Maggie Swanson, Kate Morreale, Brigitte Middleton. Assists by Beau Whaling and Kate Morreale.
Rye goalie Chloe Holden had two saves. Edgemont goalie Anabela Paraguay had 12 saves. Rye had 26 shots on goal.
The season is now 8 – 3. The Gemstones host Byram on Saturday at 11:00am (watch it).
