She was the host of the WNYC podcast Note To Self, which explores humans' relationship with technology through conversations with listeners and experts. In her book, Bored and Brilliant: How Spacing Out Can Unlock Your Most Creative Self, she examines the benefits for adults and children of unplugging from devices and exploring during unstructured time.
