18 Wheels. September 24. Elm Place / Purchase Street. Tractor trailer having difficulty exiting car park 2 onto Fremd. Assisted back onto 95 northbound. Area clear.

You Vulture! September 24. Coveleigh Club / Stuyvesant Avenue. Animal Complaints-Other Animal. report of a sick turkey vulture. cars 10 and 16 sent. turkey was too active to transport. informed manager that she would need to call an animal trapper.

Repo Man. September 24. Rye. Vehicle Impound. PEO Monahan reports a vehicle with an expired Registration since 2018. owners DLIC also expired. car 16 sent to assist. Tow Company: Hannigan’s Towing.

Rowdy Audi. September 24. Brevoort Lane. Suspicious Vehicle. Caller believes 2 males in a dark colored what he believes is an Audi stopped by his cars which were parked on the street. He believes one party may have exited the Audi and approached his cars. he exited his home and the vehicle sped from the area as he approached. No plate noted. Cars 11 and 16 sent. #__ , __ and __ Brevoort have camera systems that point to the roadway. Suspicious vehicle unseen.

Thank God My Kids Are Older Now. September 24. Lindbergh Avenue. Assist Citizen. caller reports his 3 y.o. may have bitten off and ingested the rubber portion of his pacifier. cars 11 and 10 sent. upon arrival, resident requested that EMS be cancelled. Child was no longer in need of EMS.

Fallen and Can Get Up. September 25. Rye Grill and Bar / Station Plaza. Assist Citizen. control calling for a woman down inside rye bar and grill unknown medical condition. WOMAN HAD FALLEN. ALL OKAY.

You Called the Cops? For a Bird? September 25. American Yacht Club / Stuyvesant Avenue. Animal Complaints-Other. injured bird in circle in front of clubhouse. car 12 sent. bird flew away.

Pi**ed Off (the boat)! September 25. Westchester County Club Beach Club / Van Rensselaer Road. Assist Citizen. Westchester beach club security reports a vessel full of males possibly trespassing on their mooring. Security reports that members are complaining of the passengers urinating off the back of the boat. PB#2 dispatched. Upon arrival at scene, there were no vessels in the vicinity.

Sand Trap. September 25. Milton Road / Sand Street. caller relates that there is a 53 foot tractor trailer stuck on sand street. car 11 sent. truck has been put back on course.

Extra Care (Police) Car(d). September 26. CVS / Boston Post Road. Neighborhood Trouble. CVS employee stated that kids are riding skateboards and bikes in the parking lot. The are also dropping their bikes at the front door of the store. CVS employees requested that they leave and the kids are refusing to listen. They requested that we assist in making the kids leave the property. requested* GOA.

Ending Early. September 26. Mead Place. Noise Complaint. numerous callers on loud music coming from said address. car 12 sent. Spoke to party, music was at a reasonable level. They stated they will be finished by 8pm.

Adult Party. September 26. Halstead Place. Loud Party. caller reports a loud adult party loud music and yelling. cars 12 and 10 sent. spoke to resident having dinner party in back yard, agreed to lower music.

Vodka on the Rocks. September 26. Osborn Place. Road-All Other. caller reports large amount of broken glass in roadway between osborn rd and eldredge court on Boston Post Rd. car 11 sent. Broken vodka bottle in the demarcation area of the roadway. Not affecting traffic.

Get Down. September 27. Overlook Place / Rye Beach Avenue. Loud Party. Report of a loud party. music was turned down.

I am the Lorax! September 27. Fernwood Avenue / Park Street. Suspicious Person. caller reports someone is cutting down trees in the wetlands area behind her home. parkway side of Fernwood. car 10 sent. checked are with po kapus, negative results.

Bedtime. September 28. 1:40am Locust Avenue / Haviland Lane. Noise Complaint. complaint of noisy group in area above. group under gazebo dispersed, heading home for the night.

Smoke, Alarming. September 29. Grace Church Street. Assist Rye Fire Department. RESIDENT REPORTS SMOKE IN HIS BASEMENT. FD DISPATCHED VIA 60 CONTROL. TOT Rye FD.

Road, Kill. September 30. Mayfield Street / Milton Road. Animal Complaints-Other. AN INJURED ANIMAL IN THE ROADWAY NEAR NURSERY FIELD. CAR 18 DISP. moved to side of road, request dpw pick up in morning.

What a Drag. September 30. Playland Park / 1 Thomas Keane Plaza. V & T Complaints. MULTIPLE CARS DRAG RACING IN PLAYLAND PARKING LOT. CARS 16 & 18 DISP. unfounded.

Explosive. October 1. 4am. Palisade Place / Palisade Road. Gun Shots Fired. Caller reports hearing what she believed were gun shots. Spoke with two residents who stated they observed a tall (approx 6’1″) male fire off fireworks, walked back and entered a residence on Midland Av by Palisade. Firework remnants observed on Palisade Rd by Palisade Pl.

Smile, You’re on Candid Security Camera. October 1. Chester Drive. Caller reports several items missing from her vehicle. She has video from her doorbell camera showing a car with 3 occupants enter her driveway overnight.
