Caller reports that he is walking his dog and observed a car that is not familiar to him. A White and Gray BMW 5 series occupied by one party. Area canvassed. No vehicle matching description found. Yutes. January 30. Palisade Road. Caller reports a group of teenagers making noise in a driveway and now walking down the street. CAR 10 BACKED – GOA. Parties dispersed upon arrival. No noise complaint observed. 98.
