Girls Varsity Volleyball Zeroed By Eastchester in Season Opener

Rye Girls Varsity Volleyball was zeroed by Eastchester at in its season opener on Thursday.

“Sadly, we lost our opener to Eastchester 0-3,” said Rye Girls Volleyball Coach Geri Jones. “We played hard and there were moments of great volleyball, but we could not string them together to pull out a win. Losing days of practice due to the storm was not good for the team. There is talent and room for growth. We are looking forward to Pearl River Saturday.”
