Rye Boys & Girls Varsity Cross Country dueled at home Monday – in a meet facing both Pelham and Eastchester. Overall Rye fell short 50-15.
“The Rye girls placed 3rd with Charlotte Spierings being the first Rye runner and the overall individual winner in 23:12,” said Rye Boys & Girls Varsity Cross Country Coach Mike Szarkowicz. “The Boys also placed third with Brendan Kirk taking the top spot for the Rye Boys with a 3rd place finish.”
The team competes at 4:15pm next Tuesday the 28th at home vs. Ardsley and Harrison.
