Caller reported that a man claiming he was from Precision Pipeline Solutions was subcontracting for ConEd and requested to enter her home. He was described as a Hispanic male wearing a yellow traffic vest, khaki pants, and wearing a khaki backpack. Last scene walking east on Orchard Ave. spoke with member of PPS who provided con edison ID.

Uber Tired. August 19. Dearborn Avenue / Rickbern Street. Suspicious Vehicle. Caller at __ Dearborn states vehicle is idling at the corner of his home for approx. Dark colored sedan. occupied by two sleeping females. Made contact with RO. Napping in between Uber Eats deliveries. Parties send on their way.

Loud Piano. August 19. Purchase Street. Noise Complaint. Caller states she would like to meet an officer for a noise complaint. Caller states she can hear a piano playing loudly. Noise coming from __ Mendota Ave. At above time place of occurrence, we got a report of loud music on Wappanocca Ave. I found the loud music coming from the rear of __ Mendota Ave. I did exhausted the opportunity of knocking and ringing then door several times. No answer from the homeowner. Desk Officer also tried calling the contact number but no phone answer. I did disconnect two wires from each speaker from the rear of the house. Body Cam was activated during the transaction.
