Rye Boys Varsity Swimming & Diving encountered waves from Ossining on Friday. Ossining won the meet 69-25.
“Rye High School junior Will Soviero won the 400 meter freestyle and placed second in the 200 meter freestyle,” said Rye Boys Varsity Swimming & Diving Coach Katie Konopka. “Wilson Redd won the 200 meter IM and placed second in the 100 meter fly.”
The team record is now 0-8. The next Rye / Rye Neck senior meet will be on Tuesday 1/24 against Yorktown-Somers at Hommocks Pool.
