Courtesy of Rye Recreation and Children’s Philanthropy of Rye, the the 71st Annual Halloween Window Painting – and 1st Annual Halloween Parade – was a hit. Downtown Purchase Street in Rye was packed as families painted, walked and enjoyed activities on a beautiful and unusually warm fall day.
