Garnets Fall to LaSalle in Boys Lacrosse, 9-4

The Rye Boys Lacrosse Team fell to LaSalle High School on Saturday, May 10, by a 9-4 score. The Garnets struggled to get their offense going in their first loss since April 26.

Charlie Brady (2), Will Niejadlik, and Henry Shoemaker scored for the Garnets, with Shoemaker and Carson Miller picking up assists. Ty Ramachandran took the loss with five saves on fourteen shots, while Wilson Redd won 9/16 faceoffs, doing his part.

Rye drops to 10-3 in 2025, although only one of those losses has come to a team in New York. They return to home soil on Tuesday, May 13, for a 6:00pm start at Nugent Stadium against Yorktown. Watch it here. Watch the loss to LaSalle here.
