Laurie was the life of the party — sharp-witted and known for her artful storytelling. She loved musical theatre, never missed an opportunity to dance, and relished a bit of pop culture. She had an unmistakable sense of style and a lifelong appreciation for fashion. She enjoyed duplicate bridge, tennis, and riding her bicycle. She was also a licensed pilot taking her teenage children for some most frightening flights of their lives
Laurie was a devoted member of Alcoholics Anonymous and was sober for more than 55 years, an accomplishment she carried with quiet pride.
In accordance with her wishes, there will be no service.
