Six COVID Cases Across Rye Schools
The Rye school district reported six COVID cases across Rye schools Thursday evening – Rye High (2), Rye Middle (2), Osborn Elementary (1), Midland Elementary (1).

To: Rye City School District Recipients
Dear Rye High School Families, Faculty, and Staff,
The District was informed today of two individuals at Rye High School who have tested positive for COVID-19. The individuals are currently in quarantine and were last in school on Friday, November 19, and today, Thursday, December 2. Due to federal health privacy laws, additional information about the individuals cannot be released.
There is no need for any additional school-related contact tracing or quarantining associated with these cases.
Please be assured that we will continue to do everything in our power to keep the Rye High School community safe.

The District was informed today of an individual at Osborn School who has tested positive for COVID-19. The individual is currently in quarantine and was last in school yesterday, Wednesday, December 1. Due to federal health privacy laws, additional information about the individual cannot be released.
There is no need for any additional school-related contact tracing or quarantining associated with this case.
