An online fundraiser has been established to celebrate the life of Josh Turk, the young man who passed away on Saturday, May 31st. The appeal says in part: “Josh was brave, curious, and caring, but more than anything, he would want to be remembered as someone who simply wanted to help others. Whether he was working toward his EMT certification or just lending a hand to someone who needed it, helping was at the core of who he was. It wasn’t about recognition or reward, he just wanted to make things a little easier for the people around him.”

Services for Josh Turk are on Wednesday June 4, 2025 at 12:30pm at Community Synagogue of Rye.
