Welcome to MyRye.com’s explainer series: who we are, what we do, why we do it and how we do it.
And we can already tell you when and where we do it. It’s every day, 365 days a year. And it is on this website and in our daily newsletter at 9:00 a.m. every morning (sign-up – it’s FREE).
To get started we want to tell you three secrets about local news:
- Local news is news that happens here, in Rye. Not across the Hudson Valley or on the other side of the county.
- Local news is what you care about – your neighbors, your local government, school and sports teams.
- Local news is news that listens to you, and welcomes your voices – all voices.
Nothing is better than hearing directly from our readers. It’s how we know what matters to you.
MyRye.com. Your News. Always Local.
MyRye.com exists so people connected to Rye receive local news that provides appreciation, insight and utility, and holds the City accountable to be its best self.
Best,
