Reconnect with your body, breath, and energy in this five-part vinyasa yoga series with Brooke Murphy. Each class blends light-hearted movement with mindful sequencing, including sun salutations and foundational poses to build strength, flexibility, and awareness. All levels are welcome — whether you’re new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, Brooke’s breath-centered approach creates a supportive and energizing space to move, explore, and connect with yourself.

Brooke began practicing yoga in 2000, inspired by a college course on yoga and meditation. Bringing warmth, intention, and a breath-centered approach, she welcomes all students to cultivate strength, flexibility, awareness, and compassion. Certified through New York Yoga (200-hour RYT) with training in trauma-informed yoga, restorative yoga, yoga nidra, and meditation, Brooke is currently pursuing her 300-hour certification at Kaia Yoga.
