Scrambled. October 1. Overlook Place. CFS.014 Assist Citizen. RESIDENT REPORTS THAT UNKNOWN PARTIES THREW EGGS AT HER HOUSE MULTIPLE OCCASIONS. CAR 16 DISP report prepared.

Stolen Car & Gun. (see full story) October 1. Forest Avenue / Grace Church Street. Criminal Possession Stolen D Property-3rd Value > $3,000. RTC REPORTS FILE 1 OUT OF STAMFORD CT CT REG 477MLC, GRAY AUDI. CARS 16, 12, 18, UNIT 3, PCPD, WCPD & MULTIPLE AGENCIES INVOLVED. VINCENTS TOW ENROUTE.

Keep on Truckin’. October 2. 120 Old Post Road. City Code Violation – CW Construction Work. Caller reports trucks entering the job site. Caller is adamant that this should be considered construction noise. I explained that I would send a car to make sure that there was no actual construction work being done, but we can’t summons the trucks for arriving at a job site. No violations observed. Spoke with foreman about this ongoing issue.

Fried, Over Easy. October 2. Overlook Place. Criminal Mischief. Caller reports that his house was egged and it caused damage to his property. Resident reports his house was egged last night. Resident requests to drop off the statement at another time. Report to follow.

Bus 13 is Unlucky. October 2. Purdy Avenue / First Street. Assist Citizen. FEMALE RESIDENT STATES SHE WAS ALMOST STRUCK BY THE 13 BUS ON PURDY AVE DUE TO THE CONSTRUCTION AT THE OLD WELLS FARGO BUILDING. RESIDENT STATES THAT BEING FORCED INTO ROAD BY BLOCKED SIDEWALK ALMOST CAUSED HER TO BE STRUCK BY PASSING BUS.

Sending You to Your Room. October 2. Marriott Courtyard, Midland Avenue. Assist Citizen. MARRIOTT REQUESTING ASSISTANCE. UNIT 3, CARS 12 & 16 DISP misunderstanding between a customer and housekeeping. all checks.

Grate(ful). October 2. Elm Place / Car Park 2. Assist Citizen. PARTY REPORTS DROPPING DAUGHTERS CELLPHONE IN GRATE I/F/O LONGFORDS. CAR 16 DISP. RFD was able to recover phone.

A Work of Art? October 3. Rye Arts Center / Milton Road. Suspicious Vehicle. CALLER STATES A WOMAN WAS ABNORMALLY CLEANING A CAR FOR 45 MINUTES. THE VEHICLE WAS DESCRIBED AS A WHITE TOYOTA COROLLA WITH A FLAT PASSENGER SIDE TIRE.

Did Someone Call Me a Cab? October 3. Forest Avenue / Playland Parkway. Assist Citizen. REPORT OF MAN DOWN WITH FEMALE ATTEMPTING TO FLAG DOWN HELP. turned out to be a couple that needed a taxi. Taxi dispatched to Midland @ the parkway.

Washed Up. October 3. Brevoort Lane / Shore Road. Trespass of Real Property. CALLER REPORTS A GROUP OF YOUTHS ON BREVOORT BEACH. HE WISHES THEM REMOVED. CAR 10 SENT. Group was leaving upon my arrival.

Fizzle. October 3. Orchard Avenue. Loud Party. CALLER REPORTS A LOUD PARTY AT SAID LOCATION. CARS 10 AND 11 SENT. Party was brought into the house. Some others left location. back car 10.

Tires and Owner MIA. October 4. Peck Avenue. Larceny from Motor Vehicle. Report of a Mercedes Benz on cinder-blocks with no tires multiple attempts made to contact Veh R/O. Note left with Incident number and instructions to call PD to document. Incident Reactivated.

Mazel tov. Now Keep it Down. October 4. Marriott Courtyard, Midland Avenue. Noise Complaint. THE MARRIOTT REPORTS LOUD MUSIC THAT IS BEING PLAYED IN THE PARKING LOT BY BUILDING “B” BY SEVERAL VEHICLES. large gathering of what looks to be a wedding party. No noise being made during my patrol.

Fisherman on Waters Edge, Literally. October 5. Waters Edge, Forest Avenue. Trespass of Real Property. FISHERMAN ON WATER’S EDGE. CAR 16 DISP. party advised that no fishing is allowed on private party. Party on his way. 98 private property*

Walk Back Inside and See the Doctor. October 5. Westchester Medical Group, Theall Road. Caller reports a party has had their foot run over by a car in the lot. 2nd Tier by the exit.

24 Hour Wedding Celebration? October 5. Marriott Courtyard, Midland Avenue. Noise Complaint. Guest of the Courtyard Marriott complains about a group in the back parking lot making noise. Parties were advised to lower music. They are guess of the Marriott. 10-97 Back up car 10.
