Rye Boys Varsity Baseball was stalked by the Panas Panthers on Friday, falling short at the away game 3-8.
“Thought the team battled and was not intimidated in a game with a playoff atmosphere,” said Rye Boys Varsity Baseball Coach Mike Bruno. “Games like these will make the team feel more comfortable as we move closer to the playoffs and finish league play against our rival Harrison. Tyler Canna was 1-3 with a two run homerun to center field.”
