Rye Boys Varsity Tennis showed no love for Pelham on Wednesday, winning the away match 5-2.
“Solid play from all the singles players and doubles teams,” said Rye Boys Varsity Tennis Sue Dickson. “Nicolas Echlov, Matthew Templeman, Alex Gordon walked over their opponents as did the first doubles team of Cian Keegan and Henry Bagley and third doubles Oliver Lincoln and Luke Gordon in his first varsity match. The two losses were close matches played with exciting tiebreakers. It was a great win.”
The Garnets are now 3-0. Friday the team travels to Eastchester for a 4:15pm match.
