She was a resident of Rye living in her family home since 1962. Born on January 26, 1935, in Mamaroneck, NY, the daughter of John and Katherine (nee Labrusciano) Rutland. Jeannette’s life was a testament to her unwavering commitment to her family, her community, and her faith. She was the loving matriarch of a family that revered her, a dedicated community leader, and a fervent supporter of local activities.

Her life took a joyful turn when she married the love of her life, Joseph Groglio, on October 13, 1957, at The Church of St. Gregory the Great in Harrison, NY. Together, they built a life filled with love and laughter, a bond that remained unbroken until Joseph’s passing on October 16, 1994.

O’Sullivan starting in 1985, where she worked tirelessly to uphold the spiritual, social, and charitable welfare of its members.
