Rocky Situation. May 12. Long Island Sound / Scotch Caps. Vessel In Distress. AYC reports possible sailboat on the rocks. While en route AYC reports vessel was able to free itself. GOA.

Lock Your Cars. May 19. Cottage Street. Assist Other Police Department. caller reports vehicle 2 feet from curb and parked in a no parking zone grey honda. stolen vehicle tot Greenwich PD DET. O’NEILL #413. see report for further 98.

Looking for Coaster. May 19. Playland / 1 Thomas Keane Plaza. Dog Complaint. lost dog seen running into playland. unfounded nothing showing 98.

21 Lousy Beach Days. May 19. Dearborn Avenue / Halsted Place. Illegally Parked Vehicle. caller reports numerous vehicles parked on the street, in no parking beach area. 21 tickets written.

Whacking Noise. May 20. Forest Avenue. City Code Violation – Leaf Blowers. weedwacker only no leaf blower 98. Incident Reactivated. calderon landscaping 98.

Helping Good Buddy. May 20. Fenton Street / Sand Street. Assist Citizen. tractor trailer truck stuck in area. cars 12 and 18 sent. Minor damage done to curb on 19 sand st. resident notified and given insurance info. Assisted truck backing out of Sand St. Escorted tractor trailer to entrance ramp to 287. 98.

Fishing for Trouble. May 20. Waters Edge. Noise Complaint. CALLER STATES THAT FISHERMEN THAT ARE ON THE OTHER SIDE OF THE FENCE OF THE POOL AREA AT WATERS EDGE ARE DISTURBING HIS PEACE. SPOKE TO GROUP THAT WAS FISHING AND THEY STATED THAT THEY WERE
LEAVING.

Blowing a Fuse. May 20. Forest Avenue. Fire. caller reports electrical burning smell and possible smoke. car 18 and FD sent. Small power strip malfunctioned. Scene turned over to Rye FD. 98.

Pressing Matter. May 21. Highland Hall Apartments. 131 Purchase Street. Civil Matter. dry cleaner dispute. Client unhappy with quality of alterations to her dress. Advised parties that this is a civil matter and to inquire with the courts for future issues. Party paid for dress and left the scene.

Making Waves. May 21. Milton Harbor / Long Island Sound. Vessel Boarding. Vessel boarding at about 1815 of NY ___UG for speed in a no wake zone. Boarding report completed, warning issued.

Salty Behavior. May 21. Rye PD Impound / 141 Oakland Beach Avenue. Neighborhood Trouble. off duty FD reports youths climbing on the salt shed. GOA

Biting. May 21. Dearborn Avenue. Aided Case. EMT Bitten by unruly female.

Deep Dip in the Slip. May 22. Rye Boat Basin 650 Milton Road. Vessel In Distress. Received a report of a boat sinking on b dock. See incident report. Occurred about 1600. NY____, Slip 39.

Animal Acting Hungry. May 24. Elmwood Lane. Animal Acting Rabid. Caller states possible rabid animal went through bins and into neighbors yard PO Parker/PO Delgado dispatched.

Tail Wagger. May 26. Grandview Avenue / Hillside Road. Dog Complaint. lost dog. DOG RETURNED TO OWNER. 10-98.

Butt. May 26. Purchase Street. Fire. caller states small brush fire possibly from cigarette. SCENE CLEARED BY FD. 10-98.
