Welcome to the Storytelling Project, Episode #20 with Coldwell Banker’s Michèle Flood

RFFR MyRye.com Storytelling Project Episode #20 with Coldwell Banker's Michèle Flood

Over the last several weeks the Rye Free Reading Room and MyRye.com have asked various Rye citizens – elected officials, city staff, community leaders and local authors – to read a story for the youngest citizens of Rye. We are now pleased to be showcasing local Rye merchants (if you are a local merchant, and would like to participate, please get in touch).

Today, Coldwell Banker’s Michèle Flood reads Dan Santat’s After the Fall (How Humpty Dumpty Got Back Up Again).

Flood is the ‘top selling agent’ in Rye (MLS 2019), has been Coldwell Banker’s top producer through out all of its Westchester offices for over twenty years, and consistently ranks in the top 1% nationally.

“I love what I do…and bring a constantly expanding marketing program to each home I represent,” Flood told MyRye.com. “I have lived in Rye for well over 40 years, raised my four children here who went through the wonderful Rye School system. I know our school system well as I both taught here before going into real estate and later became president of the Rye MS and HS parents’ organization. I love every facet of living here..and my husband and I can can be found everyday enjoying our walks on the Boardwalk enjoying our gorgeous scenery!”
