Congratulations to all the fifth graders at Rye’s Osborn Elementary school. Students, families, staff and administrators celebrated in style with a fully decked out car parade on Monday, June 15, 2020.

A special shout out to the Fogarty family who celebrated 15 years at Osborn. Fifteen years!
