Has a Bone to Pick. February 23. Forest Avenue / Philips Lane. Assist Citizen. neighbor states her dog is barking at something in her neighbors yard and won’t stop. He wont even come in for treats. She is concerned due to recent thefts in area. spoke with homeowner, checked surrounding properties, nothing unusual, all appears secure.
