Chasing Rocky. March 15. Rye Town Park, 95 Dearborn Avenue. Dog Complaint.  CALLER STATED SHE OBSERVED A MALE ENCOURAGING HIS DOG TO CHASE SQUIRELS IN RYE TOWN PARK.
