The city council’s agenda for its meeting at 6:30pm on Wednesday, March 11, 2026 is out. The meeting is expected to be very short with a brief consent agenda and no open mic for the public. The Council will adjourn into executive session at the end of its meeting to discuss potential acquisition of property and litigation. The meeting will also be aired on Cablevision Channel 75 and Verizon Channel 39.  We’ll also see you on the Internet (live and archive).

  • Consenting Adults. Consent Agenda.
    • Route to Camp. Award bid for 2026-2028 Rye Recreation Camp Transportation contract.
    • Sober Streets. Authorization for the Public Safety Commissioner to execute an agreement with Westchester County for the Stop DWI Patrol Project.
    • Snow Plow Ahead. Authorization for the City Manager to execute an agreement with Westchester County for snow removal.
    • Decluttering City Hall. Approval of resolution to declare certain City equipment as surplus.
    • Pumped for a New Pumper? $1,468,045. Consideration of the purchase of a new Pierce pumper for the Rye Fire Department.

The next regular meeting of the City Council will be held on Wednesday, March 25, 2026, at 6:30pm for executive session and 7:00pm for public session.
