RowAmerica Rye earned 15 state titles and 26 medals across both the boy and girls teams from May 8-10 at the New York State Championships in Saratoga Springs. Alongside 15 titles, the team claimed 15 gold medals alongside seven silver and four bronze. All 26 medaling boats qualified for for the USRowing Youth National Championships in Sarasota, Florida.

Of all the events, Rye’s most impressive performance, arguably, came in the eights (8+) event in both the boys and girls heats. Varsity eights is widely considered the premiere event at any regatta, and RowAmerica Rye enters the boys competition as three-time defending champions and the girls as two-time champs.

All 26 boats will compete in Sarasota from June 11-14, at the National Championships and Youth National Championships.
