Qualifier Results for Boys Winter Varsity Swimming & Diving

Boys Winter Varsity Swimming & Diving competed in qualifiers Tuesday night. The top 16 swim finals tomorrow.

“Senior Geoffrey Lien qualified for finals in both his individual events, Sophomore Will Rupp qualified for finals in his 500 free,” said Boys Winter Varsity Swimming & Diving Head Coach Kelly Johanson. “All the relays qualified for finals but the 400 Free Relay was really strong last night, qualifying 8th. We hope to drop more time tomorrow and hopefully move up some places.”

The team moves to a 3-3-1 season. Here are the results from the qualifiers:

200 Medley Relay- 13th (Rupp, Capaldi, O’Connor, Lien)

50 Free- Geoffrey Lien- 10th

100 Free- Geoffrey Lien- 13th

500 Free- Will Rupp- 11th

200 Free Relay- 13th (Lavelle, Redd, Capaldi, O’Connor)

100 Back- Will Rupp- 18th
