Rye Turns Pink Friday

It’s time to turn Pink.

Rye’s own Soul Ryeders will run its 8th Annual TieTheTownPink campaign. Across Rye and surrounding towns, the group will place pink ribbons to tie our communities together in support of anyone affected by any type of cancer. The effort is also done to emphasize the importance of annual cancer screenings.

It is not too late to purchase a pink ribbon to show your support – for your home, your business or your favorite organization. Last year over 750 homes displayed pink ribbons. The new ribbons are made from environmentally friendly 100% natural burlap material.

Watch for the ribbons to go up across Purchase Street and around town this Friday, October 1st and through the weekend.
