Girls Soccer Falls to New Hartford in Final Four
Rye Girls Varsity Soccer fell to New Hartford in Final Four tournament semi final match Saturday, November 16, 2024 with the final 2 – 1 New Hartford.
Rye would took a 1 – 0 lead in the first half with a goal coming from Mary Ebeling and assist from Shira Rand (here is the Rye goal from the game). New Hartford broke through with a game tying goal with just 17 minutes left in the game, and then found the back of the net again with 13 minutes left of the game.
“Rye had a tremendous run this season and should feel proud of their accomplishments,” said Head Coach Rich Savage after the game.
