Both Westchester County and the City of Rye have extended the driving ban to 12pm noon Monday, February 23, 2026. According to City officials, the 2:49am high tide Monday morning brought flooding at typical locations (such as Kirby lane, Milton Point and the Rye marina). Further, wind gusts are causing many house alarms to go off.

No power outages reported as of 7am Monday.
