Rye City officials and weather forecasts are warning of strong winds and dangerously cold temperatures Saturday morning into Sunday afternoon. The National Weather Service says the high winds can make driving dangerous, reminds you to keep pets indoors and if you have to go outside to dress in layers including a hat, face mask, and gloves.
The City is still navigating the snow from the major storm two weeks ago. Check on your elderly and at risk neighbors. Be careful out there!
