Rye PD made a DWI arrest on Oakland Beach Avenue, a heavily traveled residential street, on Thursday morning.
At approximately 8:00am Thursday, Officers from the City of Rye Police Department responded to a motor vehicle accident on Oakland Beach Avenue in the area of Allendale Drive. Elliott Ramos, age 38, of Kissimmee, Florida, was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated (DWI). All tickets issued to Ramos are returnable to the Rye City Court on June 7, 2022.
Rye PD reminds you that booking charges are merely accusations and the defendant(s) are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
