Rye PD made another DWI arrest – this one after an accident at the intersection of Cedar Street and Boston Post Road just up the street from the Rye Metro North train station and adjacent to the Rye Country Day School campus.
Rye police officers responded to the report of the motor vehicle accident Wednesday evening around 7:40pm. The driver was reported to have fled the scene. A description was given by a witness and the suspect was located at the Rye train station.
Justin Flores, age 27, of Port Chester was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated. All tickets issued to Flores are returnable to the Rye City Court on August 9th, 2022.
