Clay Art Center’s annual Rising Stars exhibition, a celebration of the accomplishments of its adult, youth, and community arts students, will open next Tuesday, January 16th and run until Monday, February 12th. Clay will also host a family-friendly opening reception on Saturday, January 20th, 1:00pm – 3:00pm.
Featuring a range of functional and sculptural works, Rising Stars showcases the breadth of Clay Art Center’s educational programming. The exhibition brings together a diverse group of artists, each contributing their unique perspective and creative voice. It recognizes and acknowledges the technical skills, creativity, and progress of our adult learners, in addition to highlighting the importance of the youth and community arts programs.
The Clay Art Center is at 40 Beech Street, Port Chester. The group was recently featured in our Giving Rye series.
