The Halloween window painting tradition turns 60 this year on Sunday, October 21, 2012.
Rye Rec is putting a call out for old pictures and movies from window painting when you were a kid: “Do you have fond memories painting windows when you were young? Have any home movies or still photo’s you would be willing to share? If so, please send them to me at recreation@ryeny.gov.”
And send them to MyRye.com too (along with a caption) and we’ll share them with the Rye community.
