Rye Girls Varsity Soccer diced Pelham with snake eyes on Thursday, glazing a 2 – 0 win at Nugent Studium. The success puts the Garnets into double digits with a 10-0-1 record.

“Rye played a rough game against league rival Pelham,” Coach Rich Savage told MyRye.com after the win. “Solid performance by the entire team.”

Charlotte Keenan would score the first goal for Rye off an assist from Iciar Garate. Parker Calhoun scored Rye’s second goal off an assist from Lyla Keenan. Tessa Labovitz had 6 saves for the shutout. Watch the replay. Rye will travel to Harrison on Wednesday for a 4:30pm game start (watch it).
