Inaugural Seafood Stew: The original recipe being served to our 44th President! Enjoy fresh water Shrimp, lobster, Sea scallops, filet of cod and vegetables: celery, carrots, leeks and potatoes. The stock is enhanced with heavy cream, a splash of vermouth and topped with puff pastry. We are serving this with Basmati rice and a house salad.
Molasses Whipped Sweet Potatoes: Sweet Potatoes whipped together with orange juice, molasses, brown sugar, butter and Maple syrup .
