While Mariah Carey was riding the Dragon Coaster, the Piano Man Billy Joel arrived by boat to Rye Playland's Tiki Bar. Reports referred to sightings of Joel's boat, Alexa. There wee seemingly no paparazzi pics of the Piano Man himself enjoying a cold drink after boating across from Long Island.
