Recent Burglaries in the Area

This is the City of Rye Police Department with a Code Red advisory – due to a recent rash of residential burglaries the City of Rye Police department is advising residents to please secure their homes and property. Before you leave the house please remember to set your alarm and make sure all doors and windows are locked. The suspects are possibly targeting unoccupied homes with mail and packages left out at the front door. If you have a camera system please review any video footage for suspicious activity. As always if you see something suspicious in your neighborhood please call the Rye Police Department right away at (914) 967-1234.
