Boys Varsity Baseball Climbs Over Byram Hills, Season Moves to 13-0

Rye Boys Baseball climbed over Byram Hills on Monday, winning at home 3-0. The season advanced to a powerful 13-0 record.

“Senior Captain Derek Woods was masterful today against a very tough Byram Hills squad,” said Rye Boys Baseball Coach Michael Bruno. “Derek pitched 7 innings of shut out ball to earn is 5th win of the year. It took Woods only 82 pitches to complete the game and 63 were strikes. Jack Margiloff got the Garnets on the board in the first with an RBI double.”

Varsity plays Byram again, this time at Byram, on Wednesday at 4:30pm.
