The Melody Makers chorus from the Osborn Elementary School performed a spring concert for residents of The Osborn senior living campus. It was the first indoor concert since before the pandemic.
Last December, the children came and sang for residents – a holiday tradition that has continued for decades even when it had to be held outside due to COVID-19 protocols.
The Osborn school also makes visits to The Osborn for flag day, Halloween and other special occasions. Eric Byrne, superintendent of the Rye City School District and music teacher Christine Free were also in attendance.
