Full Cycle. December 31. Midland Avenue. Neighborhood Trouble. Caller reports over 911 a group of kids stole a neighbor’s bike. When confronted by her husband the youths dropped the bike and ran in the direction of Playland Parkway. No description provided and the bike was recovered. SPOKE WITH PARTIES INVOLVED.
